FetchKit ships pet-tech and pet-care products to customers in Australia and selected international locations.

Processing times

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing may take longer during peak periods, supplier delays, or public holidays.

Estimated delivery times

Estimated delivery times vary by product, supplier warehouse, and destination. Most orders are expected to arrive within 7–20 business days after dispatch. Remote areas or international deliveries may take longer.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before payment. If checkout does not show a valid shipping option for your address, please contact us before ordering.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, we will provide tracking details after the supplier dispatches your order.

Split shipments

Some orders may ship in multiple parcels if items come from different supplier warehouses.

Delays and delivery issues

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. If your order is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, contact us at fetchkit.store@gmail.com with your order number and we will help investigate with the supplier/carrier.
